Ved Medical

Being located at 1617 Maruti Industrial Estate means we’re surrounded by a lot of warehouses and small factories. It’s not the quietest spot near the Solapur Compound, with all the trucks moving in and out all day long. Ved Medical is tucked in here mostly to help the workers and the local businesses in this part of town. Our floor is concrete, and the walls are painted a simple off-white that’s seen better days. We have rows of steel shelving that hold everything from basic bandages to the more specific stuff doctors ask for. It gets pretty noisy outside during the peak hours, so we usually have the door shut, but people still find their way in. The desk is usually piled with invoices and delivery notes that we struggle to keep organized. It’s a lot of work keeping track of what’s coming from the distributors. We aren't doing anything flashy here. It’s just us showing up, unlocking the gate, and making sure the stock is topped up. Sometimes the power flickers when the big machines next door start up, but we’re used to it. We drink a lot of tea while waiting for the morning shipments. Most of our day is spent checking expiration dates and talking to delivery drivers who are always in a rush. It’s a plain, working-class kind of place, and we like it that way because it keeps us busy and useful to the neighborhood.
