Our office for Yashraj Developers is situated on the Vatva Canal Road, right across from the Radhe Party Plot and near Vallabh Park Society. Being near the Smriti Mandir makes it a pretty busy area, especially when there’s an event or a holiday. We’ve been in this location for a while. It’s a simple office, nothing too grand. We spend most of our time coordinating with the guys at the sites or talking to people about their plans. The canal road has a specific feel to it, and we’ve grown to like the rhythm of the place. We don't believe in using fancy slogans or corporate jargon to describe ourselves. We are just a group of people who know how to build. Sometimes the office gets loud when everyone is in at once, but that’s just part of it. We focus on the practical side of things. If a wall needs building, we figure out the best way to do it without a lot of fuss. It’s not always a smooth process—there are plenty of headaches in construction—but we stay on top of it. You can see the Smriti Mandir from nearby, so we're easy to find. We’re just local folks doing our jobs and trying to keep everything running correctly. We don’t need a mission statement to know that we have to work hard every day. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years and we're just glad to be here.
