Our main base of operations is over at Kailash Tirth Avenue. Specifically, we are located right behind the Patel Rice Mill on Deriya Road. It has a bit of an industrial feel around here because of the mill, but we have grown to like the atmosphere. The name of our company is Vibhooti Developer. We spend our days here dealing with all the various things that come with development work. It is a lot of looking at numbers and making phone calls to contractors. Sometimes the trucks going in and out of the rice mill make a lot of noise, but it is just part of the background of our day. We are not a huge outfit with a lot of staff. It is just a few of us in the office most of the time. We do not have any big slogans or mission statements. We just focus on whatever work needs to be finished for the day. Deriya Road can get a bit dusty during the dry season, but it is a solid and reliable location for us. Being tucked behind the Patel Rice Mill makes us quite easy to find if you are coming from the main road. We have been here long enough that most of the local people know who we are. We are not trying to change the world, we are just trying to build things properly. Our office is functional and a bit crowded with papers and old files.
