We are located over at Plot No. C-1/4606 in Phase-4 of Gidc. Vibfast Pigments Pvt. Ltd. has been part of this industrial landscape for a good number of years. When you work with pigments, things tend to get colorful, and not always in a clean way. You’ll see traces of powder here and there on the floor and maybe on our clothes too. It’s just part of the job. The building itself is a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s all about the mixing and processing. We have a set routine that we follow every day to make sure things get done right. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon is quite a lot, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. Our staff knows the drills by heart now. We aren't trying to be a massive corporate entity with a thousand rules. It’s a more relaxed atmosphere here, even if the work itself is heavy and repetitive. We handle our own logistics and deal with suppliers who have become like friends over time. If you walk through the Gidc area, you’ll see plenty of places like ours, but this one is where we spend all our time. We don't spend much on decorations or making the office look perfect. We focus on the product and getting it out the gate on time. It is a simple life for us.
