Shyam Plastic Ind. is tucked away in Phase-4 of the Vatva Gidc at C-1/4412. If you come looking for us, look for the stack of crates near the entrance. We work with plastics, which means the smell of melting resin is pretty much always in the air here. It’s something you get used to after a week or so. We have a few injection molds and some other tools that we use every day. The floor is concrete and has some cracks, but it holds up the heavy machinery just fine. We have a small crew, and we mostly look out for each other. If someone is sick, the rest of us pick up the slack. It's a small operation, so there’s no corporate ladder or anything like that. We just do the jobs as they come in. Sometimes the power goes out in Vatva, and we all just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It gives us a chance to chat. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing what we do and coming to see us at the shop. We try to keep things tidy, but with plastic scraps, it’s a constant battle. We just do our best with what we have. It’s a steady life, and we like being part of the Vatva industrial community. We don't need anything fancy to get the job done right.
