At Shivam Developers, we work out of Advait Residency. We are right near Shaan 3 on the Vatva Gamdi Road. It is a part of town that has changed a lot lately. We have seen more houses and shops popping up every year. Our team is small, just a handful of us who manage the projects. We are not some big corporation from the city. We live around here too. Usually, our mornings start with a lot of coffee and some phone calls to the foremen. We try to keep our projects moving along at a steady pace. Sometimes there are delays, which is just how construction goes. We do not try to hide that or make excuses. We just tell people the situation. Our office at Advait Residency is not hard to find if you are familiar with Vatva Gamdi Road. We spend a good chunk of our time dealing with permits and checking on materials like cement and bricks. It can be tedious, but it is necessary work. We are not interested in fancy marketing. Most of our work comes from people just seeing what we have built. We keep things practical and do not make big promises we cannot keep. It is just a matter of showing up every day and making sure the work gets done. That is our routine and it seems to suit us just fine.
