We are Shantinath Developers, located over at Tankar Residency-4, which is right behind the Ambuja Residency. It’s a quiet enough area, and we’ve been working out of here for some time. Our days are mostly filled with managing the construction sites and checking on the materials. If you come by, you’ll probably see us talking to the foremen or checking the deliveries. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lot of layers. It’s just a straightforward operation. We deal with the usual stuff like plumbing issues, electrical layouts, and making sure the masonry is up to scratch. Sometimes the supplies don't arrive on time, which can be frustrating, but we just find a way to work around it. Being behind Ambuja Residency gives us a good base to manage our projects from. We like being on the ground where the actual building happens. It’s dusty work and can be pretty tiring, especially when the weather isn't cooperating. We don't have any fancy speeches about what we do. We just build things and try to make sure they last. Most of our day is spent making sure the guys have what they need to keep moving. It's about being there every day and seeing the project through from the start until the end. The area around Tankar Residency-4 has changed quite a bit since we first moved in. There are more families moving in, which means we have to be more careful about the noise and the dust.
