We are Safal Goyal Realty Llp and you can find our small office over in Patel Vas, which is in the Deriya area. It’s a very local neighborhood, not like those big glass office buildings you see in the city center. We actually like it here because it feels like a real place where people live. Our office is a simple one, nothing too flashy or impressive. We have our desks and some old metal filing cabinets where we keep everything organized as best we can. Most of the people who come in to talk to us are from around here or have heard about us from someone in the village. It’s a lot of sitting and talking over a cup of tea, which is how business gets done here. We handle realty stuff, which means we spend a lot of time looking at land papers and talking to the local authorities. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s important to the people we help out. The streets around Patel Vas are quite narrow and can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here, but once you find us, it’s easy enough. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on doing a decent job and being honest with the people who come in. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty when the wind blows through Deriya, but that’s just how it is. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
