Ronak Industries

You can find us at Plot No. 2301/b in Phase-4 of the GIDC. This part of the industrial estate is always humming with activity. There are trucks constantly maneuvering in the narrow lanes, and you have to be careful where you park your scooter so it doesn't get dinged. Ronak Industries is a fairly simple setup. We have our main work area and a small shed for storage at the back. The roof leaks a little bit during the heavy rains, so we have to move things around to keep them dry. We aren't a big corporation with lots of levels of management. It is just the owner and a few workers who handle everything from unloading supplies to packing up the final products. The noise from the neighboring units is sometimes louder than our own, especially the metal fabrication shop next door. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon slump hits. The clock on the wall is five minutes fast, but we leave it that way so we don't accidentally run late. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just rely on the people who have been dealing with us for years. It’s a plain way of doing business, but it’s how we have always done it. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down.
