R. K. Industries

R. K. Industries is situated over at Plot No. 3411/1 2 in Phase IV of GIDC, Vatva. We’re right near the Farma Lab, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. Our workshop is pretty straightforward. We have the space we need to get the daily tasks finished. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but it’s an industrial unit, so that’s expected. We spend most of our time on the floor. There is always something to fix or a new batch to start. We don't have a big staff, just a few reliable people who know how the machines run. The air in Vatva is always thick with the smell of industry, and we’re right in the middle of it. We don't bother with fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. Everyone knows what they need to do. When the sun goes down, we lock up and head out, usually a bit tired but satisfied that we got through the list. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend half the day getting it back up, but that’s just part of the deal. We take orders, we make the items, and we send them off. It’s been our routine for a long time. We don't change things unless we really have to. It's a simple way to run a business.
