Nisha Colour Chem P. L.

Nisha Colour Chem P. L. is located over in Phase III of the GIDC area in Vatva. If you know the industrial zone, you know it's a big place, but we are right at Plot No. 2104. We work with colors and chemicals, which basically means our clothes usually have a few stains on them by the end of the shift. It’s a busy environment. There is always a truck being loaded or a drum being moved somewhere. We’ve been in Vatva for a while now and we like being in the middle of all the industrial action. The office is small and usually smells a bit like the shop floor, but we don't mind it. It shows we’re actually working. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk. We just focus on getting the right shades and making sure the batches are okay. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big order comes in at the last minute. We just put our heads down and get it done. The roads in Phase III can be a bit of a mess during the rains, but we still make it in every morning. It’s just a group of us trying to do a good job with what we have. No corporate nonsense here, just honest work in a dusty part of town. We are just a regular part of the Vatva landscape and we plan on staying here for a long time.
