Nepa Overseas

Nepa Overseas is based out of Plot No. 5 in Phase-2 of the GIDC. Being in the GIDC means we’re right in the heart of where things are being made and shipped out. It’s a dusty place, especially when the wind picks up in the afternoon, but it’s where we belong. We’ve been operating from this plot for a few years now. The office is just a small corner of the warehouse, really. Most of our time is spent out where the goods are being handled. We deal with a lot of overseas stuff, which means there’s always a lot of labels and boxes lying around everywhere. It can get a bit chaotic when we have a big shipment going out, with everyone scurrying to make sure nothing is missed or packed wrong. We don’t have a big HR department or any of those fancy departments. It’s just a handful of us who know the routine and get along. We take our tea breaks under the small tree outside the gate because it’s the only spot that gets a decent breeze during the summer months. Dealing with international shipping has its ups and downs, especially with the schedules always changing on us. But we just take it as it comes. Nepa Overseas isn't a huge operation, but we’re reliable in our own way. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to keep the paperwork from flying away when the big fans are turned on high.
