Neha Polypack

We are tucked away at Plot No. 5/28 I-1 in Phase-1 of the GIDC. It’s right near R.M. Engineering and just behind the Surya Mukhi Hanuman temple. Having the temple nearby is nice; you can hear the bells sometimes during the day and it gives the place a calm feeling. At Neha Polypack, we focus on making packaging materials for different uses. The building is a bit of a maze with all the rolls of plastic and the printing equipment everywhere. It isn't the most modern-looking place, but we keep it tidy enough to get the work done. The heat in the GIDC can be pretty intense, so the morning shift is usually when we are most productive and get the most done. We are a small team and most of us do a bit of everything, from operating the machines to helping with the loading of the trucks. We don't have a corporate office in some big city. Our office is just a small room in the front with a couple of chairs and some files stacked on the desk. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we’ve seen a lot of neighbors come and go over the years. People around here know we’re the ones behind the Hanuman temple. We don't do much advertising because the local network is usually enough to keep our machines running. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay out of the way.
