Navil Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 10/12 in Phase-1 of the Gidc. It’s a plain building, nothing that stands out from the street. Inside, it’s a bit more organized than your average workshop because of the kind of work we do. We have to keep things relatively clean, though it’s still an industrial setting at the end of the day. There are racks of stuff everywhere and a few desks for the paperwork. We’ve been in Phase-1 for a long time. The rhythm of the day is always the same. We come in, check the equipment, and get started on whatever is on the schedule. It’s a lot of watching gauges and making sure everything is running right. We don’t have a big team, just a handful of us who know the routine. The Gidc can be a bit chaotic with all the different businesses, but our little corner is usually fine. We don't do much in the way of promotion. If someone needs what we make, they usually find us through word of mouth or by looking at the directory. The work can be repetitive, but it’s what pays the bills. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or what's going on in the neighborhood. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. We don't worry about being fancy, just staying consistent with what we produce.
