M/S. Marjan Developers. is based out in Mouje Vatva Village. It’s a bit different from being in the middle of the crowded city. Things are a little slower here, and we know most of the people who walk past our office door every day. Our office is a simple room with some basic furniture we’ve had for a long time. It’s comfortable and it serves its purpose. We don't have any flashy signs or high-tech gadgets everywhere you look. We mostly use paper and pencil for our notes and keep our records in big binders on the shelf. The air feels a bit different out here in the village, and we like the quiet of the early mornings before the day really gets started. We spend our time planning out different projects and checking on things nearby. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time now. We don't put on any acts or try to seem bigger or more important than we are. We’re just local people doing work in our own community. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice to have our tea. We focus on what’s right in front of us and try to do a decent job every day. It’s a quiet life, but it’s ours and we are happy with it. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
