The workshop is over at Plot No. 542 in Phase-2 of the GIDC area. It is pretty much a standard industrial setup like many others around here. We have been operating out of this unit for a good few years now. Most of our days are spent managing the production line and making sure the machines are running like they should. It gets quite hot inside during the summer months, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. We aren't a massive corporation or anything, just a small group of people trying to keep things moving. There is always a lot of dust and noise from the nearby units, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our neighbor's place always has trucks coming in and out, so parking can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We mostly handle industrial parts and basic manufacturing tasks. It is honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch if the power goes out or something breaks down. We do not really do much in the way of fancy meetings or paperwork unless it is absolutely necessary. Most of our communication happens over a cup of tea in the small break area we set up in the corner. It is just how we operate at Madhu Industries and we are fine with that.
