Ishita Industries

You’ll find Ishita Industries at Plot No. 536 in Gidc. Phase-ii, Vatva. Vatva is always a crowded area, and getting to our plot in the morning can be a bit of a challenge with all the rickshaws and transport trucks. Our place is tucked away between two other workshops that are just as noisy as we are. The front gate is a bit rusty and makes a loud squeaking sound when you open it, which lets everyone know someone has arrived. We have a small workshop floor where most of the action happens. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but we know where everything is. We don't use any high-level business speak here. If you ask us what we do, we’ll just show you the stuff we’re working on that day. The guys on the floor have been with us for a long time, and they know the machines better than anyone. We have a small water cooler in the corner that everyone gathers around when the heat gets to be too much. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in Vatva. We just want to do a good job and make sure our families are taken care of. It’s a simple life at Plot 536. We show up, we work hard, and we go home.
