We've been over here at Plot No. 10/6 in Phase-1 of the Gidc area for quite some time now. Hindprakash Tradelink Pvt. Ltd. isn't some fancy glass office setup, it’s mostly just us working through the daily pile of paperwork and making sure the trade side of things moves along like it should. Usually, the mornings start with checking what came in and what needs to head out. It gets a bit dusty around here sometimes because of all the activity in the industrial estate, but that is just how Gidc is. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing. Most of our decisions happen over a quick cup of tea or while standing near the loading area. It is a practical way to run a business. We focus on the stuff that actually matters, like getting the orders right and making sure the trucks don't get stuck in the narrow lanes outside. People know where to find us if they need something. We keep the gate open during the day and there is almost always someone around to talk to. It is just a regular workplace with regular people trying to do a decent job every day. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and keep going. That’s just life at Phase-1. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the trade moving steadily from our spot on Plot 10/6.
