You can find us at Radhe Residency, which is right on Ropada-vatva Road. We go by Gokul Developers. Being at the residency makes it easy for people to stop by and ask questions about what we’re building. We have a small office space here where we handle all the admin stuff and meet with people who are looking for a new place. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters or anything like that. It’s just a room with some chairs, a big table for plans, and usually a few sets of keys hanging on the wall. We spend a lot of time walking around the site, making sure everything is moving along correctly. The Ropada-vatva Road area has been seeing more activity lately, so there’s always something going on nearby. We try to keep things simple and talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because usually, they are. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get through the paperwork. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with tall tales. We just show people what we’re working on and let them see it for themselves. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but seeing a building actually get finished is a good feeling. We just take it one brick at a time and keep moving forward with the daily jobs.
