Being in Phase-2 of the GIDC Estate in Vatva means we are right in the middle of everything. Plot No 479 is where Bhagwati Organics Pvt. Ltd. has been based for a long time. The air in Vatva always has that industrial smell to it, and our plot is no different. We have a lot of glass equipment and steel reactors inside. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of raw materials sitting around the floor. The pipes run along the walls and ceilings, and there’s always a pump humming somewhere in the background. Our team is a mix of older guys who have been here forever and some newer faces. We don't really have a dress code, just whatever is safe and comfortable for working around chemicals. The gate usually stays open during the day so trucks can back in easily. It takes a bit of maneuvering because the road outside is narrow and often packed with other vehicles. We drink a lot of water because it gets stuffy inside the plant during the afternoons. It’s a tough job sometimes, but we’re used to the daily routine. We don't do much marketing or anything like that; people usually find us because they need what we make. We just keep our heads down and finish the batches as they come. It’s a basic, hard-working environment, and we try to keep the mistakes to a minimum.
