We are located over at Plot No. 4613 in Phase-4 of the Gidc. It is a pretty standard spot in the industrial zone, surrounded by other warehouses and small factories doing their thing. We work with rubber, so there is usually that distinct smell in the air around our gate. It is not a big corporate headquarters; it is just a working factory where we make things every day. We have some heavy presses and mixing machines that stay pretty busy throughout the morning and afternoon shifts. Some days are smoother than others, especially when an old machine decides to act up, but we have some handy people here who can fix just about anything with a wrench and some patience. We aren’t the type of company that puts out a lot of glossy brochures or advertisements. Most of our neighbors know us just by the trucks that come in and out. The floor is concrete and often has bits of rubber trim or dust on it, but that is just part of the daily process here. We start early and usually finish up before the sun goes down, though sometimes we stay late if there is a big order to finish for someone. We focus on getting the rubber parts right so they do not have to be redone. It is practical work. We have been in this Gidc phase for a while and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It is just what we do.
