Atiq Developers is our small firm located in Vatva 1. Specifically, we are at Tp-89, Survey No 847/2, opposite Gulmohar Society and near Burhani Society. It’s a bit of a mouthful for an address, but it’s where we do all our work. Vatva is a busy place with a lot of regular people just trying to get by, and we fit right in. We focus on developing local plots and buildings. The office is pretty basic. We don’t have fancy furniture or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, one of us is just sitting there with a bunch of maps and files. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local authorities and making sure the permits are in order. It’s a lot of running around, but that’s the job. People from Gulmohar or Burhani Society often stop in just to see what’s new or to ask about a piece of land. We try to give them straight answers. There is no point in sugarcoating things in real estate. It’s either ready or it isn’t. We’ve been in this spot for a while and know the neighborhood well. It’s a practical business for us. We just want to finish our projects and move on to the next one without too much fuss. If you’re looking for us, just look for the signs near the society gates. We are usually around if the sun is up.
