Adcon Products Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Plot No. 1707 in Phase-Iii of the GIDC in Vatva. This part of the industrial estate is quite packed with different factories and workshops. Our plot is just a standard industrial building where we do all our manufacturing and packing. It’s a busy environment with a lot of noise from the neighboring units. We spend most of our time out on the floor making sure the machines are running correctly. There is a small office near the front entrance where we handle the invoices and talk to suppliers. We don't really have any fancy brochures or a dedicated marketing person. We just focus on making the products that people need. Vatva is a big area, so being in Phase-Iii helps us stay connected to the logistics we need. The roads can be a bit rough around here, especially after it rains, but we are used to it by now. Most of our workers live in the surrounding areas and have been with us for years. It’s a straightforward business without many bells and whistles. We just show up, do the work, and head home. We aren't interested in sounding corporate; we just want to keep things running smoothly at Plot 1707. It's a practical way to run a company. No one here is trying to be fancy, we just do the job as best as we can.
