Reliable Overseas

Reliable Overseas is based over at E-5 in Goyal Plaza. If you know Mansi Circle, then you know exactly where we are. It’s a busy part of town and finding parking can be a real headache some days, but we like the energy of the area. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle all our overseas trading stuff. We spend a lot of hours on the phone or staring at computer screens. The staff here has been together for a bit, so we have a rhythm. One person handles the bank documents while another talks to the suppliers. It gets a bit cluttered with samples and papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and see us working. We try to keep things simple. If a shipment is late, we are the ones calling to find out why. It’s a lot of back-and-forth and sometimes things get stressful when a deadline is coming up. We grab lunch from the local spots nearby and then get back to it. That is pretty much our day-to-day life here. We aren't doing anything flashy, just moving goods from one place to another and making sure the bills get paid on time and the paperwork is all in order for the next shipment.
