Ncpl Infracon Llp is based near the Keshavbaug Party Plot. If you have been to a wedding or an event there, you have probably passed right by us. We work on infrastructure and construction projects around the city. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination. We have to make sure the machinery is where it needs to be and that the labor schedules are working out. It is a lot of logistical work that most people don't see. Our office near Keshavbaug is where we do our planning. It’s not a fancy place, just some desks and shelves full of files and maps. We spend a lot of time on the phone and on our computers getting things sorted. The area is quite lively, which we like. We aren't a big corporation with a lot of layers. If there is a problem, we just talk to each other and fix it. It is a practical way of running things. We have a few steady clients and some new ones who come by because they saw our sign near the party plot. We don't spend money on big ads. We just try to do a decent job so people tell their friends about us. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts, but we have a rhythm down after all these years of working here. We just show up every morning and get on with the list of things to do.
