Tatva Developers

We are located right across from the Metro Station. It’s a very convenient spot for us at Tatva Developers, though the noise of the trains is something we had to get used to over the months. The office is small and practical. We don't have a lot of furniture, just what we need to get through the day. There’s a desk for the computer, a table for the plans, and a few chairs for guests. We’ve been in this location for a while now. Being opposite the metro means we get a lot of foot traffic past our door. We see people rushing to catch their trains every morning while we’re just starting our first cup of tea. Our work is mostly about local development projects. We spend time looking at plots and talking to the people who live around here. It’s a very local operation. We don't have a fancy website or a big advertising budget. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from someone else. The walls are mostly bare, except for a calendar and a few maps pinned up with tape. It’s an honest place. We do our own filing and answer our own emails. It can get a bit hectic when several people come in at once, but we manage. We aren't worried about being the most polished company in town. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we have. It’s just how we run things here by the station, day in and day out.
