Satvaraj Developers is located at T P No :- 114, F P No :- 39/2/2, which is right by the S P Ring Road near the Vastral Cross Road. It sounds like a bit of a mouthful when you say the whole address, but it’s easy to find once you get to the cross road. We’ve been working from this spot for quite some time. The Ring Road is always busy, which we think is a good thing for a developer. We get to see the city growing right in front of us. Our office is a straightforward place. We have some tables, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corner. We are Satvaraj Developers and we just focus on getting our building projects done. We don't really have time for those long, boring meetings that don't go anywhere. Usually, we just talk about what needs to happen today and then we go out and do it. Sometimes the traffic at Vastral Cross Road makes it hard to get out of the driveway, but that’s just life on the Ring Road. We’ve got a good group of people here who have been with us for years. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation. We just like what we do and we like being in this part of town. It’s a practical location for a practical business. We keep things simple and try not to overthink it.
