You can find us near Vastral Lake, just off the 200 foot S.P. Ring Road. It’s a great location because the lake gives a bit of a breeze on those really hot afternoons, even if it is a bit humid sometimes. We are Sankalp Developers, and we’ve been operating from this spot for a good while now. The 200-foot road is always busy with traffic and trucks, but once you step into our office, it’s a bit more manageable and quiet. We have a simple desk setup and a few chairs for when clients or contractors stop by to chat about the latest progress. Most of our time is spent managing the logistics of our projects around the Vastral area. We aren't the type of people to use big words or fancy presentations. We just show you what we are building and tell you how long it will take without any fluff. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with blueprints, site photos, and ledger books, but we know where everything is kept. We like being close to the water, even if we are usually too busy to really sit and look at it for long. There’s always someone coming in with a delivery or a question about a boundary line or a plumbing issue. We just take it as it comes. It’s a busy, unpolished life, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We focus on the daily grind of building and let the work speak for itself at the end of the day.
