Our place is right opposite the Shilvar-34 Bunglows. It’s a nice enough area and fairly easy to locate if you’re driving through. We operate Om Developers. from here, focusing mostly on local residential projects. The office is a bit small, but it’s enough for us to manage the accounts and meet with people. We aren't into corporate talk or fancy missions. We just like building. Most days we are wearing boots and jeans because we’re moving between the office and the building sites constantly. You might find some sand on the floor or piles of bricks outside. That’s just how it is when you’re in this line of work. We don't like making things more complicated than they need to be. If we’re building a wall, we make sure it’s straight. If we’re laying a floor, we make sure it’s level. It’s basic, but it’s what matters. We’ve had some good years here and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors around the bungalows quite well. It’s a friendly spot. We just keep our heads down, stay busy, and try to make sure each project gets finished without too much trouble. It’s a steady way to make a living. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in town, we just want to do good work. That's the main thing for us and it keeps us coming back every day even when it gets tough.
