Jay Buildcon

Jay Buildcon is based in a spot behind the Reliance Petrol Pump on the Ring Road. If you are not looking carefully, you might drive right past us, but once you turn off the main road, our office is right there. It is a busy location because of all the traffic on the Ring Road, but our office stays relatively grounded. We handle all the construction logistics and planning from this site. It is a small space, and we often have to move things around to make room for new project files or equipment that someone brought back from a site. We are not a company that spends money on a fancy lobby or expensive chairs. We would rather just focus on making sure our building projects are moving forward. Most of the people we work with have been with us for years, so the atmosphere is pretty informal. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours on the phone with various contractors. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into everything, and the noise of the trucks is always there in the background, but it is a good, central place for us to operate from. We don't have a big team of marketers telling us how to speak; we just say what we mean and get on with the daily tasks. It is a simple, hardworking life on the edge of the Ring Road, and we just keep trying to do things right every day.
