Hmp Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd is right near Podar School on S.p.ring Road. If you know that area, you know how busy it gets with all the school traffic and the trucks moving along the ring road. We have been working out of this spot for a good while now, focusing on infrastructure projects. It is a lot of logistics and making sure the right crews are at the right places at the right time. Our office is pretty basic because we spend most of our time out on the road or at a construction site. We don't really go for the polished, corporate look. There's usually a bit of dust on the desks and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We take our work seriously, but we are just regular people. If a project comes our way, we look at the numbers and see if we can make it happen. Some weeks are completely packed and we are all running around like crazy. Other weeks are a bit slower, which gives us time to catch up on all the boring stuff like filing and equipment maintenance. We've watched S.p.ring Road grow from a quiet stretch into a major hub, and we feel like we've been a small part of that. We don't have a big sales team or anything. We just talk to people plainly and try to get the work done without any unnecessary drama. It is just a job, but we do it properly.
