Our office is located in Hiren Apartments, which is right across from the LIC office. If you are coming from the direction of Jivraj Mehta Hospital and heading toward the Vasna bus stand, you will find us tucked in near Muthoot Finance. We have been working from this spot for quite a while now. Dealing with homes in this part of town means we see a lot of people passing through on their way to work or just running errands. It is a very busy stretch of road. The LIC office always has people coming and going, so there is usually a bit of a crowd around our entrance. We just handle things from our small spot here in the building. It is a plain office with nothing fancy inside. Most of the time we are just sitting here talking to folks about where they want to live and what is available. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really noisy, especially during peak hours when everyone is trying to reach the bus stand at once. But it is a good spot because everyone knows the hospital and the Muthoot office. We do not really do much advertising around here. People usually just walk in or call us because they saw the sign while they were waiting for a rickshaw. It is mostly just us doing our daily work, keeping track of papers, and making sure everything is in order. It is a straightforward way to run a business.
