Servashanti Properties Private Limited is our small operation located right across from the Guptanagar Bus Stand. Being so close to the bus stand means it’s never really quiet here, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the engines and the people shouting. We deal with land and buildings, mostly just trying to help people find a place that works for them. It’s a lot of paperwork and even more walking around to look at different plots. The office is small and usually has a few maps pinned to the walls. We aren’t big on fancy meetings; usually, we just sit down with a cup of water and talk through the details of a property. Guptanagar is a real mix of things, and being right here in the middle of it helps us keep an eye on what’s available. Sometimes the heat makes the afternoons slow, but there’s usually someone dropping by with questions about a piece of land they saw. We try to be honest about what’s good and what’s a bit of a project. Dealing with properties can be a headache with all the legal stuff, but we just take it one step at a time. It’s just us here, doing the regular work of a property office and trying to keep everything organized despite the chaos of the bus stand outside our door. Most days we are just shuffling through folders and taking calls while the city moves around us in Guptanagar.
