We are based out of Shayona Peak, and it’s been our home for Marutinandan Developers for a while now. The building is pretty easy to spot if you are in the neighborhood. Our office is a bit of a mess sometimes, with blueprints rolled up in corners and samples of flooring scattered on the tables. We don't really have a front desk or anyone to greet you; we just work at our desks until someone knocks. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We spend a lot of time discussing the best ways to finish a project or dealing with the usual headaches that come with building things. We don't bother with polished presentations or corporate speeches. We just tell people what’s happening with their property in plain English. Most of our team has been working together for years, so we have our own way of doing things. The view from Shayona Peak is decent, but we are usually too busy looking at site reports to notice. We like being in this part of the city because it’s where most of our current projects are. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on schedule, though with construction, that’s always a challenge. If you are looking for us, just head to the building and ask for the developers. We aren't hard to find. We don't do much advertising because we prefer to let the buildings speak for themselves. It’s just a normal day at a normal construction office.
