Sarjan Developers is based right beside Ganesh Skyline. We are also near the Vande Mataram Cross Road, which is a busy part of the city these days. We’ve been working in this area for quite some time now. Our office is a practical space where we handle all the details of our development projects. We aren't big on bells and whistles or fancy office décor. We prefer to focus on the actual work at hand. Most days, you’ll find us talking to workers or checking on the progress of a building site. It's a lot of walking around and making sure things are being done the way they should be. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us or managing our image. We just write down what we do. We like being near Vande Mataram Cross Road because it's easy for people to stop by and ask us questions. We’ve built a reputation just by showing up every day and getting the job done. Sometimes it’s stressful when deadlines are tight or when the rain stops work, but that’s just the nature of development. We try to keep a level head. We aren't looking to become some massive company with hundreds of employees. We just want to keep doing what we’re doing right here in this neighborhood. We know the local regulations and the local land, which helps a lot. It’s just us, a few desks, and a lot of hard work. We wouldn't have it any other way.
