Satej Devlopers Private Limited is based in Asopalav Apt. We are located near the 132 Ft Ring Road, which is a major artery for the city. Finding us is pretty straightforward if you know the landmarks. We are near Vividh Bharti Society and right behind the National Handloom. Most people know where the National Handloom is, so that helps a lot. We are also near Bhavsar Hostel. The apartment building itself is quite established. We’ve been working from this office for a long time. It’s a busy area because of the Ring Road, so there is always the sound of cars and buses. Our office is a no-frills kind of place. We don't have any big corporate signs or a fancy reception. It’s just where we do our daily work, managing projects and keeping track of everything. We are a small team and we like it that way. Being near Bhavsar Hostel means there are always students and young people around, which gives the neighborhood a lot of energy. National Handloom is also a great spot because it’s so easy to tell people to meet us there. We’ve seen the 132 Ft Ring Road change quite a bit since we first moved into Asopalav Apt. It’s much busier now, but we are still here, just doing our thing. It’s a practical location that serves us well for all our development work.
