Our clinic is situated right on Nikol Village Road in Bapunagar. It’s easy to spot because we are right across from the Diamond Silk Mills. That’s a big landmark around here. The area is always buzzing with people and vehicles. We started this place to help the local workers and families nearby. It’s a busy road, so there's always something going on outside the door. Inside, we try to keep it calm. It’s a basic medical clinic. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls or expensive furniture. We have the essential medical tools and some benches for waiting. The staff is local, so we speak the language and understand the local issues. People stop by on their way home from work. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if there’s a crowd. It’s been our base for a long time. We’ve seen kids grow up and bring their own kids here now. It’s just a part of Bapunagar life. You don't need an appointment usually, just walk in and wait for your turn. We keep it simple because that’s what people here prefer. No fuss, just medical care when it's needed. The Diamond Silk Mills has shifts, so we see a rush of people when they get off work. Nikol Village Road is always full of cycles and trucks. Our clinic has a tiled floor that we mop several times a day. We keep the road grime out.
