My name is Kartik Pankajkumar Soni and I run Swara Infrabuild out of Shantinagar Society. We are located at 22-23 Shantinagar, which is a quiet residential area that feels like home to us. I’ve always preferred working from a place like this rather than a cold office building downtown. It makes the work feel more personal. We do all sorts of infrastructure and building work, mostly focusing on the things people actually need in their daily lives. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or driving between different sites to make sure the guys have what they need to keep moving. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s good work. We deal with all the usual stuff like late deliveries, broken tools, and trying to find good help. I try to be honest with everyone I work with because that’s the only way to keep things running smooth in the long run. If there’s a delay, I’ll tell you why instead of making up an excuse. We aren't a massive company with layers of management; it’s just me and the crew getting things done. Shantinagar is a good community, and we try to respect that by not making too much of a mess when we have projects nearby. We just want to keep building things that people are happy to use, and we take it one day at a time.
