Excellon Infrastructure Llp

This branch of Excellon Infrastructure Llp is located at 23, Alkapuri Socity. It is a much quieter setting than our other locations. Being in a society means we have a bit more peace to get our paperwork done. The office is basically a converted space that fits our desks and filing cabinets. We do a lot of our planning and back-end work here. It feels more like a home than a corporate office. We know the neighbors and they know us. Sometimes we have to be careful about not making too much noise when we have deliveries. Our work is still the same—managing infrastructure projects and making sure things are on track. We spend a lot of time on the phone here because it’s quiet enough to hear. We have a small garden area outside where we sometimes take our breaks. It’s a nice change from the dusty construction sites we visit. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one so people know they’ve found the right house in the society. Working here feels more relaxed, though we are still just as busy as anywhere else. We handle a lot of the local coordination from this desk. It’s a solid place to work and we’ve been here for a good while. We just keep things simple and try to stay organized amid all the project files that tend to pile up on our desks.
