Av Buildchem Pvt. Ltd. is based at the Sukhsagar Complex in unit 903. You can find us near the Hotel Fortune Landmark in the Usmanpura area. Being on the ninth floor gives us a bit of a break from the street noise below. It’s a decent-sized building and most locals know where the Fortune Landmark is, so finding us isn't too hard. We have been in this office for a while. It’s not a very big space, but it has everything we need to run things. We usually have papers spread out over the desks and the phone rings pretty often. Usmanpura is a busy place and it’s good to be centrally located like this. The elevator in the complex can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, but we’re used to it. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art for the walls. We just focus on our work. The team here is small and we all pitch in to get things done. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a corporate look. It’s just a regular office where we handle buildchem projects. We’ve found that being in the Sukhsagar Complex works for our needs. We try to keep things moving and stay on top of our daily tasks. It’s just how we operate.
