Urmin Products Pvt.Ltd.

Our office is Urmin House, which is located just off the Sg Highway on Sindhu Bhavan Road in Bodakdev. It’s a fairly modern building, though we’ve been here long enough that it’s starting to show some wear and tear. This is where we run Urmin Products Pvt.Ltd. We handle various products, so there are different departments scattered across the floors. It’s not a super formal environment. Most of us just dress casual and get on with our tasks. The area around Sindhu Bhavan Road has changed so much since we first moved in; it used to be much quieter. Now, there’s always construction or traffic noise. We have a small area where we keep samples of our products, but it’s mostly just offices and desks. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the daily operations and making sure the distribution is moving along. Lunchtime is usually when the place gets the loudest, as everyone heads to the local eateries nearby. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a few minutes to catch up on non-work talk. We aren't trying to be the most impressive company in the city. We just want to do our jobs well and keep the business running smoothly from our spot in Bodakdev. It’s a lot of routine, but we don’t mind it much.
