Ur Estate Management

Ur Estate Management is located over by Jivraj Park, right near the 132 Feet Ring Road. It’s a busy spot, especially with the Dmart right there, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We spend a lot of our time dealing with buildings and the people who live in them. Property management isn't always easy. There are always leaks to fix or keys that get lost. We spend our days running between different spots in Vejalpur and making sure things aren't falling apart. It’s mostly just us trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes we’re behind on emails because we’re out at a site checking on a repair. That’s just how it goes here. We don't have a huge office with fancy furniture. It’s a practical space where we keep our files and meet up before heading out. Being near the Cross Road means we see a lot of the local traffic. We’ve gotten used to the noise of the Ring Road by now. Our team has been doing this for a while, so we know most of the shortcuts around Jivraj Park. We don't promise anything impossible. We just try to handle the daily headaches that come with owning or renting property. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. Most of the people we work with are neighbors or folks who have been in the area as long as we have. We just keep going one day at a time.
