You can find us at Nizam Khan F-43, on the second floor near Batla House Chowk. This part of New Delhi is always buzzing. It is a tight squeeze in these streets, but it’s where we do our business. We work in the power sector. It is not always easy work. The office is small and the stairs are a bit steep. We deal with a lot of local electrical projects and power issues. Most of the time, the desk is covered in maps of power lines and supply schedules. It gets pretty loud outside with the market and the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We are just a small team trying to keep things running. There is no corporate lobby here, just a door and some chairs. We spend a lot of time talking to local contractors and residents. Sometimes the electricity goes out while we are working on power plans, which is a bit funny if you think about it. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just do the work that needs doing. I’ve lived in this area for a while, so I know the people around Batla House. It is a community thing as much as a business. We try to be helpful when people come in with questions about their supply. It’s a busy life but it keeps us on our toes. The second floor is where you’ll find us most days of the week, drinking tea and looking at diagrams.
