United Buildcon

At United Buildcon, we work out of a spot behind the Skoda Showroom in Makarba, just off the SG Road. It’s a convenient location for us because we can get to our project sites fairly quickly from here. We are a small team, mostly just a few of us who have been doing construction for years. We don't have a polished corporate look. Our office is practical. It has what we need to get the job done and nothing more. We spend most of our time dealing with the headaches that come with building things—missing supplies, workers not showing up, or the sun being too hot to work. It is just part of the daily life for us. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just tell people how it is and then we try to finish what we started. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes we go home feeling pretty tired. But seeing a project finally get completed is a good feeling. We’ve been around Makarba long enough to know how things work here. We aren't fancy, and we don't try to be. We just want to keep the business running and keep our workers busy. It’s a straightforward way to live and we are happy with that. We just show up and put in the hours every single day until the job is done right.
