Our service center is located at B-42 in the Newyork Darshan Apartments, right across from the Inductotherm factory in Bopal, Ahmedabad. It’s a pretty straightforward spot to find once you’re on that side of town. Being an authorised service centre for TVS Electronics, we get a lot of people dropping off printers and other hardware for repairs. The apartment complex is mostly residential, but we’ve got our unit set up specifically for technical work. It can get a bit crowded when we have a lot of machines waiting for parts. We’ve got workbenches lined up and a lot of diagnostic tools lying around. Bopal has grown a lot lately, so the traffic outside can be a bit of a mess during rush hour. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of screwdrivers and people testing out equipment. We don't put on a big show here; it’s a practical workspace meant for fixing things. Our staff are mostly locals who have been doing this for years. Sometimes we run out of space for all the boxes, so things get stacked a bit high. It’s a busy little operation. We usually have some chai going in the morning before the first customers arrive. If you’re coming from the factory side, just look for our sign on the apartment block. We try to be as helpful as possible without making things complicated or sounding like we are in some big corporate skyscraper.
