TVASTR BUILDWELL LLP

Tvastr Buildwell LLP is up on the 8th floor of the PADM Complex. We are in the Mahalay Site area, right across from the President Hotel, just off CG Road in Navrangpura. It is a busy spot in Ahmedabad, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise. Being on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy to look out the window. We have been working out of this office for a bit now. We handle various building and development tasks. It is not a huge team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes we are handling accounts and the next hour we are talking to a vendor about cement prices. It gets hectic, especially when we have multiple sites running at once. Navrangpura is a good place to be based because it is central, but finding parking can be a nightmare some days. We do not have any polished brochures or a fancy lobby. Our office is just where we store our records and hold our team meetings. We try to stay on top of the regulations and the building codes, which is a job in itself. We are not looking to be famous, just want to keep our projects moving along. It is just a regular workplace with regular people trying to make a living in the construction trade. We stay focused on what is happening on our own desks and sites.
