We've been at No-2, Shyam Esate for a while now. It's right near Shah Alloys Ltd on Santej Cross Road. It's a busy spot but we like it here. Tucana light Pvt Ltd isn't some giant corporation. We just focus on making lights and getting them to people who need them. Most days you'll find a few of us in the workshop or checking over the latest batch. The space isn't fancy, just a practical setup where we can get the work done without much fuss. We started out small and stayed that way mostly because we prefer handling things ourselves. People sometimes get lost finding the estate, but once you're on the cross road, it's pretty straightforward. We don't spend much time on fancy offices. Instead, we keep the shelves stocked and the floors clear for moving boxes. It’s mostly just hard work and making sure the orders go out when they should. If you drop by, you might see some dust or hear some noise from the neighbors, but that’s just how it is around here. We handle the assembly and the shipping right from this location. There’s no big sales team, just us doing the daily tasks. We keep it simple because that’s what works for us and our customers. It's nothing fancy, just a group of people working together in a regular industrial estate to keep the lights on for everyone else. We like it that way.
