Triyana Organic Exports Private Limited is located at C-302 in the Karnavati Premier Living building. We are right near Raj Farm in Gandhinagar. It is a nice enough area and the building is relatively quiet compared to the city center. We focus on organic exports. This involves a lot of talking to farmers and checking that everything meets the right standards. It is not as simple as it sounds because there is so much paperwork for organic goods. Our office is a simple place. We have a few desks and a small table where we have our lunch. We do not have any corporate slogans on the walls. It is just a place where we come to work. Being in Gandhinagar is convenient for us. We have been running things from this office for some time. We are a small group and we do not really have a boss-employee vibe; we all just pitch in. Sometimes we have to travel out to the farms to see the products ourselves. It is a lot of driving around Gujarat. We try to be practical about everything. We do not promise anything we cannot do. We just take the orders and do the work of getting them shipped out to wherever they need to go. It’s a lot of long days, but we manage to get through the tasks. We usually keep some snacks in the drawer for those late evenings when the paperwork piles up and we need to stay focused on the details.
