You can find us at 404 Shivam Complex, which is located right by the Bhuyangdev Cross Road on Sola Road. It is a busy intersection, so there is always something interesting to look at out the window when we take a break. Trio Elevators Company (India) Ltd has its main local office here on the fourth floor. It is a fairly basic office with a few rooms where we keep all our files and computers. We have a lot of technical manuals stacked up on the shelves because you never know when you will need to look up a part for an older model. The staff here is small, just a few people handling the phone calls and the scheduling for the technicians. It is not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular commercial building. We have a water cooler in the corner that everyone gathers around when things get a bit slow. The hallways in the complex are a bit narrow, but we have gotten used to navigating them over the years. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the teams who are out on site. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints spread across the tables, but we try to stay on top of the clutter. It is a comfortable enough place to work. We have been here long enough that we know all the shop owners downstairs. We don’t do anything too fancy, just the work.
