We have a few units here in Rajkamal Plaza-A, right across from Sakar III near the Income Tax office. It’s a good location because everyone knows where the IT building is. We’ve been here for quite some time now, handling computers and telecom stuff. Our space is spread across rooms 106, 206, and 207, so we’re always running up and down the stairs. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, but it works for us. We do a mix of things, from fixing PCs to setting up phone systems for other businesses nearby. Most of the people who work here have been doing this for years, so we’ve seen all kinds of weird tech problems. We aren't big on fancy office decor; we just need enough space for our tools and the spare parts we keep in stock. The area gets pretty crowded during the day with all the government offices around, but we’re used to the noise. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and testing wires. We don't really do much advertising because most people just find us through word of mouth or by walking past the plaza. It’s an honest living and we enjoy the variety of stuff that comes across our desks every day. If you need us, just look for the rooms on the first and second floors.
